Our Cabin is placed strategically to face the breathtaking views of the mountains and have the best vantage to see vegetation and wildlife.

10 x 16 feet, with a front porch, steps, and firepit outside. Inside is a futon with a double bed on the bottom and a twin bed on top. The cabin also has a kitchenette with a propane heater, gas stove, microwave, sink, fold-out kitchen table and small fridge and comes stocked with dishes, pans, and coffee maker. Equipped with a TV and a small dresser with hand soap, towels, washcloths and paper towels. No bathroom facilities, but close to the Clubhouse which has restrooms, showers, and laundry. Can sleep up to 3.

Our 2 Rooms and Loft Apartment are located in the Clubhouse.

Loft Apartment
This room features a full bed and an optional cot, with a private patio that has a firepit, BBQ grill and outdoor seating. The room also has a mini-fridge, TV and mini dresser, with a full shared kitchen available in the building. Bathroom & laundry facilities are within the Clubhouse, unconnected to the room but just down the hallway. This also has a separate private entrance. Sleeps up to 3 people.
The LOFT APARTMENT is located on the 2nd floor of the Clubhouse and has a King size bed and a full size bunk bed with a twin bed on top. It also features a full kitchen with a microwave, fridge, dishwasher, sinks, gas stove and coffee maker. There is a small desk, kitchen table, dresser, chair and a recliner. Bathroom and laundry facilities are on the lower level of the Clubhouse. This loft apartment has low ceilings and is not child-proof, not recommended for tall individuals or young children. No pets allowed. 600 square feet, sleeps up to 5 people, starting at $70/night.

Tent sites are 25x25 foot sections in the back part of the campground right in the middle of nature.No electricity or water is available, but the restrooms and showers in the Club house will be available and there is a compost potty by the tent sites.
Cancellation Policy
All reservations are subject to a $25.00 non-refundable cancellation charge. In order to receive a full refund minus the cancellation charge, cancellations must be made 96 hours in advance of arrival date at 11:00 a.m. If reservations are not booked online, the credit card information that you provided at time of reservation will be automatically charged when the cancellation period has expired. If the credit card provided at time of reservation is unable to be charged, your reservation will not be guaranteed and is subject to cancellation along with a $25 cancellation fee. In summary, all reservations must be paid or cancelled four (4) days in advance. Please email cancellations or other concerns in advance to lana@circlecrv.com so they can be timestamped.
There are no exceptions to the policy, other than reschedules.
