We are your home for your next adventure in the Colorado Western Slope frontier. We offer 25 spacious big rig friendly, pull thru RV sites on 15 acres. All sites have full hookups for water, sewer and electric (110v, 30amp & 50 amp), laundry facilities, dog park, and clubhouse with Wifi.
We are located 2 miles south of beautiful Dolores, CO and 8 miles north of Cortez, CO along highway 145.

Our location offers an unbeatable view of the Ute & Mesa Verde. Within minutes in virtually any direction you’ll find yourself in some of the most beautiful places Colorado has to offer. Mesa Verde to the south, the McPhee Reservoir and Canyon of the Ancients to the north, the San Juan National Forest to the east and the Dolores River two miles Northeast.

What makes our campground unique and different from others in the area is the feel of being right in the beautiful Colorado mountains, but just minutes away from the quaint rustic town of Dolores (hosting the Anasazi Heritage Center and Rio Grande Southern Railroad Museum).
More great local features include one of Colorado's largest Lakes, McPhee Reservoir. There a plenty of Ski area's in Telluride and Durango, River Rafting on Dolores, the Four Corners, Mesa Verde National Park and the Ute Mountains and Casino.
The area is also known for its world renown hunting (where the world's record typical Mule Deer was taken in Dolores County) and fabulous lake and river fishing!
